Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Conceptualize and Create** high-quality motion graphics, animations, and videos for digital marketing platforms, including social media, Meta ads, and Google ads.
- **Collaborate** with the marketing team to design video ads that drive engagement and conversion, especially in performance marketing campaigns.
- **Leverage the in-house studio** to execute shoots and enhance the creative process, ensuring seamless integration of live-action footage with motion graphics.
- **Develop promotional videos** for product launches, seasonal campaigns & branded content, maintaining a balance between creativity & consistency with brand aesthetics.
- **Create both AI-led and traditional motion graphics** for campaigns, utilizing AI tools to innovate and optimize workflow without compromising quality.
- **Ensure excellence** in typography, layout, and colour theory across all assets.
- **Maintain the ability to work efficiently** across multiple projects while **keeping up to date with the latest trends** in motion graphics, animation, video production, and AI tools to bring **innovative ideas**to the table.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

- **2-4 years of Experience in Motion Graphics**, video production, and animation, preferably within the beauty, skincare, or personal care sectors.
- Fluent in video design and proficient with:

- **Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro** (for Motion Graphics and Video Editing)
- **Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom** (for Asset Creation)
- **Cinema 4D or Blender** (for 3D animation)
- **AI Design Tools** like Runway ML, DALL-E or Midjourney, Luma, for AI-driven content creation (Other relevant tools would be encouraged as well)
- **Strong Typography and Layout skills**, ensuring professional, brand-consistent design.
- **Proficiency in utilizing in-house studio** resources for shooting product visuals, enhancing motion graphic elements with live footage.
- Experience with **Performance Marketing video creatives** (Meta ads, Google ads).
- **Strong attention to detail**, able to manage quality while handling multiple projects efficiently within specified project deadlines and timeframes.
- Team Player with **Collaborative Mindset** and the ability to work well in cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred:

- Experience working with beauty, skincare or personal care brands.
- Familiarity with key Performance Marketing metrices and understanding of how creative designing can influence conversions.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design and 3D Asset Generation with ability to create animated prototypes with Figma or Adobe XD
