Assembly Supervisor

1 Meeting production targets as per business plan.
2 Shift scheduling and management.
3 Jobs setting & machining of critical parts as per drawing & documents with zero deviations.
4 Sustain and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), DPU (Defects Per Unit), FPY (First Pass Yield)
5 Responsible for TPM. Active participation in Kaizens, 5S and Process improvement.
6 Tool crib management.
7 Daily, weekly and monthly production reporting and MIS

Must:

• BE Mechanical

Desirable

• Six Sigma Certified

• Knowledge of SPC, Six Sigma, Quality Systems/ TPM/ Lean/ CNC Programming/ Process documentation as per ISO 9001:2008.
Must:


• Minimum of 5 years related experience.

• Hands on experience to operate 5 axis CNC machines

• Knowledge of heavy & precision parts machining Desirable:


• Working Experience in Defense Sector.
