**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with a positive attitude.
- **Food Preparation**:

- Prepare food items according to company recipes and standards.
- Assemble and package food orders for dine-in, takeout, or delivery.
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and safety standards.
- **Cash Handling**:

- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle payments.
- Provide customers with accurate change and receipts.
- Follow cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and security.
- **Store Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Assist in restocking supplies and inventory as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other crew members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and responsibilities.
- Assist in training new crew members as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a busy environment with frequent customer interaction.
