We are seeking a motivated Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell medical devices and IV drip therapy services. The ideal candidate will engage with clinics, wellness centers, hospitals, and individual clients, providing product information, conducting need-based consultations, and driving sales conversions through outbound and inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to leads, clinics, wellness centers, and potential customers to promote medical devices and IV drip therapies.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and compliant information about device features, therapy benefits, pricing, and usage guidelines.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable devices or therapy packages.
  • Handle inbound inquiries, explain offerings, and convert them into sales.
  • Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion rates and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain CRM records with updated customer information, call logs, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate with field sales teams, service technicians, and operations for order fulfillment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (science/healthcare background preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of tele-sales or customer service experience (medical/healthcare sales is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to explain medical products and wellness therapies with clarity and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of medical devices, IV therapies, and wellness treatments (training will be provided).
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Target-driven and highly motivated.
