If you can survive site visits, client feedback loops, and AutoCAD crashes — congratulations, you're already halfway hired.
About ADCO:
We're a multidisciplinary design studio where:
- Deadlines are real
- Coffee is religion
- And every drawing has at least 7 revisions (we stopped counting after that)
We design buildings that stand, breathe, inspire, and hopefully don't get value-engineered into sadness.
Who We Want?
A legit architect with 1–3 years of actual architectural firm experience.
Freelance? No.
Internships? Sweet, but no.
Part-time? Also no.
"I designed my cousin's restaurant logo"? BIG no.
Civil engineer? We respect you deeply — but this is not that post.
Yes, we're picky. Trauma has shaped us.
We need someone who can talk to clients confidently, coordinate on-site without fainting, and produce drawings contractors won't misinterpret into a whole new shape.
Your Daily Adventures Include:
- Stare at drawings until lines blur.
- Drafting architectural & working drawings without rage-quitting.
- Handling consultants, vendors & contractors (yes, all three… on the same day)
- Answering site queries like a wise monk.
- Detailing until it looks
chef's kiss. - Following codes, timelines, and common sense (in that order).
- Present to clients who say "thoda aur premium banaiye… but budget same".
- Turn design intent into construction drawings without summoning ancestors.
