Building and systems maintenance

  • Preventive and predictive maintenance: Developing and implementing proactive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
  • Corrective maintenance and repairs: Overseeing or performing repairs on building systems after a malfunction or failure occurs.
  • HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems: Supervising the operation, maintenance, and repair of all heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure.
  • Specialized equipment: Managing the upkeep of specialized technical infrastructure such as Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, generators, and fire suppression systems.

Projects and vendor management

  • Project oversight: Managing and coordinating renovation, installation, and refurbishment projects from inception to completion.
  • Technical staff supervision: Directing and supervising maintenance technicians and other technical staff.
  • Vendor and contract management: Negotiating and managing contracts with external service providers for specialized maintenance, repairs, and other services.
  • Budgeting and cost control: Preparing and managing maintenance budgets, monitoring expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.

Operations and infrastructure

  • Inspections and audits: Conducting regular technical inspections of facilities to ensure all systems are functioning correctly and identifying potential issues.
  • System monitoring: Utilizing Building Management Systems (BMS) or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to monitor equipment performance and automate tasks.
  • Energy and resource management: Monitoring utility consumption and implementing energy-efficient solutions to reduce costs and support sustainability goals.
  • Inventory management: Overseeing the inventory of spare parts and supplies needed for repairs and maintenance.

Safety and compliance

  • Regulatory compliance: Ensuring that all facilities and operations adhere to local building codes, fire safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Health and safety: Implementing workplace safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and performing regular safety audits.
  • Emergency response planning: Developing and implementing business continuity and emergency response plans for scenarios like power outages, equipment failures, and natural disasters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75, ₹80,000.00 per month
