Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for an Engineer – Technology Lead. The role involves leading a team to develop, implement, and optimize innovative technical solutions that align with Visitly's mission. The Technology Lead will design and enhance scalable software systems, manage technical roadmaps, and collaborate across teams to solve complex technical challenges. Additional responsibilities include maintaining code quality, performing regular system reviews, and adopting emerging technologies to improve functionality.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in software development, coding (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript), and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, )
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and APIs
  • Experience with database management, including SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Proven skills in leading technical teams, project management, and agile development practices
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, debug software, and maintain system performance
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in leadership roles or managing technical teams is a strong asset
