About the Role

We are looking for a
CA Fresher
with strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making. This role will focus on transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling strategic planning, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards & reports using
    Excel (Advanced)
    and
    Power BI
    .
  • Perform ad-hoc & deep-dive analysis to support strategic business initiatives.
  • Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources.
  • Ensure
    data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
    across reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Risk, Sales, Operations, Finance) to deliver insights.
  • Support
    forecasting, budgeting, and business planning
    with data-backed insights.
  • Automate reporting processes & improve data workflows.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of SQL/Python preferred
