Job Title: Chartered Accountant Location: Bengaluru, Kerala Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with the Partner for work allocation, progress tracking, and timely completion of deliverables. - Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication, satisfaction, and adherence to agreed timelines. - Provide guidance and training to junior team members to ensure continuous learning and skill enhancement. - Act as a bridge between the senior team and the Partner to ensure smooth workflow and quality delivery. - Monitor and ensure achievement of targets and Key Result Areas (KRAs) across assigned mandates. Qualifications: - Chartered Accountant (Member of ICAI). Experience: - Post-qualification experience in a similar setup is preferred (experience other than articleship will be considered). ICAI Compliance: - The selected candidate will be registered as a Paid Assistant with the firm as per ICAI regulations and norms. Compensation: - Salary as per industry standards, with additional performance-based variable incentives. About Us: Abhijith Preman & Co.
