We are looking for a Voyage Optimization Analyst

Education Qualification : Naval Architect/Marine Engineer

Work Experience : Atleast 2 years of work experience in the field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage databases related to vessel daily data reporting systems.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data submission to support regulatory verifications, including
    IMO DCS
    and
    EU MRV
    compliance.
  • Prepare and organize data for emissions audits in accordance with
    ISO
    and
    BRSR
    standards.
  • Compile data for
    SEEMP
    periodic target reviews (EEOI) and coordinate with vessels to meet compliance requirements.
  • Analyze ship powering requirements to support
    EEDI/EEXI
    compliance, including inputs for sale and purchase evaluations.
  • Stay updated on evolving EU regulations, particularly those related to
    EU ETS
    ,
    EUAs
    , and
    FuelEU Maritime
    .
  • Interpret and apply regulatory requirements effectively, demonstrating a strong academic foundation and adaptability to fast-changing energy efficiency and emissions standards.
  • Quickly learn and implement new tools and technologies as needed for compliance and reporting.
  • Support procurement processes by handling purchase orders and invoice processing as required.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong analytical skills with a keen understanding of maritime regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to interpret technical data and regulatory implications accurately.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset to keep pace with evolving industry standards.
  • Familiarity with emissions reporting tools and maritime compliance systems is a plus.
