Role & responsibilities

  • Mode of Work: All 5 days ( Monday to Friday ) Work from office
  • Shift: Night Shift

Team Management & Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AR Callers (3-5+ years experience).
  • Allocate daily/weekly work volumes and monitor productivity & quality.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and manage escalations.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and skill enhancement.

Operations Management

  • Oversee AR calling activities including follow-up with insurance companies, resolving claim denials, and addressing underpayments.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding claims and reduction of A/R Days, Denial Rates, and Aging Buckets.
  • Manage work queues, track productivity, and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational security standards.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the escalation point for client communication regarding AR calling issues.
  • Provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders on performance, issues, and action plans.
  • Participate in client calls, reviews, and audits as required.

  • Strong knowledge of US Healthcare RCM, payer guidelines, AR & Denial Management.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership, team-building, and conflict management.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in Excel/Reports/RCM tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
