Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
SAP CPI Developer
to architect and manage enterprise integration landscape. As a key member of our technical team, you will drive the connectivity between our digital core (
S/4HANA
) and critical edge applications, including
Salesforce
,
SAP Concur
, and our manufacturing suite (
SAP DM & QM
).

You will move beyond simple point-to-point connections to design robust, scalable integration flows on the
SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
. If you are a problem solver who excels at Groovy scripting, understands complex manufacturing data flows, and thrives in a hybrid SAP/Non-SAP environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end integration flows (iFlows) in SAP CPI using standard adapters (REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP, IDoc) and API-based integrations.
  • Implement custom logic using
    Groovy scripts
    for message transformation, payload manipulation, and error handling where standard mapping is insufficient.
  • Lead the integration strategy for external cloud systems, specifically ensuring seamless data synchronization between
    S/4HANA
    ,
    Salesforce
    , and
    SAP Concur
    .
  • Support critical integration scenarios for
    SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM)
    , ensuring real-time data flow between production lines and the ERP.
  • Manage integrations related to
    SAP Quality Management (QM)
    to automate inspection lots and quality result recording.
  • Proactively monitor integration flows, troubleshoot failures, and perform root-cause analysis on data issues.
  • Ensure all integrations adhere to SAP best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all integration scenarios.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying iFlows in
    SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
    .
  • Proven experience integrating directly with
    S/4HANA
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Groovy Scripting
    for XML/JSON parsing and custom transformations.
  • Deep knowledge of standard adapters including REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, and SFTP.
  • Solid understanding of integration concepts within
    SAP DM (Digital Manufacturing)
    and
    SAP QM
    .
  • Experience connecting SAP to external SaaS platforms like
    Salesforce
    and
    SAP Concur
    .
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a focus on root-cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical challenges to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to
    SAP API Management
    or Open Connectors.
  • Knowledge of
    SAP PO/PI
    (Process Orchestration) for legacy support.
  • Certification:
    SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP Cloud Platform Integration
    .
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
