Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled HR Executive / HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational processes. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-oriented, and capable of managing HR functions in a fast-paced digital agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Identify staffing needs and coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
  • Maintain and upgrade the talent pipeline for digital marketing, technical, and creative roles.

2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, and HR documentation.

3. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination.
  • Draft HR policies and ensure implementation across departments.
  • Handle employee queries and grievances professionally.

4. Performance Management

  • Assist in performance review cycles and appraisal processes.
  • Work closely with managers to track employee performance and development needs.

5. Employee Engagement

  • Organize team-building activities, events, and celebrations.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a digital agency or IT company.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment workflows and HR compliance.
  • Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and applicant tracking tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling creative or digital marketing teams.
  • Expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
