Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager based in Noida. The HR Manager will oversee and manage all human resource functions, including recruitment, compliance, and employee relations. Day-to-day responsibilities will involve creating and implementing HR policies, coordinating staff onboarding and training efforts, addressing employee concerns, and supporting performance management processes. Additionally, the role will require collaboration with departmental heads to meet workforce needs and promote a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Staffing
- Strong knowledge of HR Policies, Compliance, and Employment Laws
- Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Team Building
- Proficiency in Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Training & Development
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
- Prior experience in a leadership HR role is highly beneficial
