Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role located in Noida. The HR Manager will oversee core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing training and development programs, fostering a positive workplace culture, and addressing employee concerns. This role will contribute to the company's growth by ensuring that its workforce remains motivated, compliant, and aligned with business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
- Proficiency in HR policies development, labor law compliance, and employee relations management.
- Skills in performance management, training, and fostering employee engagement.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in the fashion or retail industry is preferred but not mandatory.
