AI Solution Development: Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions using Databricks and Python, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Prompt Engineering: Create robust prompts meeting the guardrails defined by ADP Deployment Pipeline Management: Oversee the deployment pipeline for AI solutions, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production. Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure successful project delivery. OpenAI Integration: Explore and implement OpenAI technologies to enhance AI solutions and improve business processes. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI solutions, including design specifications, user guides, and deployment procedures. Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize AI solutions. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, recommending improvements to existing processes and solutions. ##LI-DNI

Education: Bachelors degree Experience: 4+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on AI and data analytics. Technical Skills: Proficient in Databricks and Python. Familiarity with deployment pipelines and CI/CD practices. Experience with OpenAI technologies and frameworks. Understanding of Azure Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
