1. R&D Testing & Data Accuracy

  • Develop accurate R&D testing setups for refrigeration systems.
  • Conduct product and prototype testing as per defined protocols.
  • Collect, record, and analyze testing data for quality assurance.
  • Document results and prepare reports for validation.

2. Refrigeration Piping, Brazing & Electrical Wiring

  • Support refrigeration testing setups with copper piping and brazing activities.
  • Assist in electrical wiring of control panels during test setups.
  • Ensure proper insulation, leak testing, and compliance with safety standards.

3. Data Monitoring, Reporting & Documentation

  • Collect and log testing data in Microsoft Excel and digital records.
  • Monitor test progress, highlight abnormalities, and suggest improvements.
  • Support in preparing daily/weekly testing reports for R&D and Quality teams.

4. Testing Setup Development & Maintenance

  • Assist in designing and improving R&D test benches for refrigeration systems.
  • Set up instruments for temperature, pressure, and electrical monitoring.
  • Maintain test setups to ensure repeatability and reliability of results.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma/ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical, or related field.
  • 13 years of hands-on experience in refrigeration/electrical testing preferred (freshers with strong practical skills may also be considered).
  • Knowledge of refrigeration cycle, copper piping, brazing, leak detection, and insulation.
  • Basic understanding of electrical wiring, control panels, and safety practices.
  • Proficiency in using testing instruments (temperature sensors, pressure gauges, multimeters, etc.).
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and documentation practices.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in an R&D environment.
