that inspire creativity, curiosity, and learning in children. We are looking for a driven
E-commerce Manager
who can scale our presence on Amazon, Flipkart, and Q-commerce platforms with smart marketing and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings across
    Amazon, Flipkart, and Q-commerce platforms
    (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart – experience preferred).
  • Plan and execute
    marketing campaigns, sponsored ads, and promotions
    to drive visibility and sales.
  • Monitor marketplace analytics (CTR, conversions, ACoS, ROI) and adjust strategies for growth.
  • Collaborate with content & design teams for
    engaging creatives, A+ content, and brand storytelling
    .
  • Maintain healthy relationships with marketplace account managers to leverage promotions, deals, and new features.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of
    pricing, stock availability, and order fulfillment
    .
  • Research competitor activity and
    identify new growth opportunities
    within the toys & kids category.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in
    e-commerce marketplace management & marketing
    (Amazon/Flipkart mandatory).
  • Experience with
    Q-commerce platforms
    is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Passion for
    kids' products, toys, and D2C brand building
    .
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
