This role is designed to support the customer migration planning and milestone tracking, ensuring all customers are safely migrated to the cloud without issue. The role will be responsible for the maintaining the central schedule of customer related activities, ensuring clear line of sight back into the programme. This involves mobilisation of an entire workforce, challenging current methods of working, defining a clear approach to migration and ensuring all change is delivered safely across a complex backdrop. This transformational change positions our products for the future and unlocks exciting opportunities to enhance our product led strategy to continue to deliver for our clients.
What you'll be doing:
- Handling customer migration and programme dependencies
- Maintaining oversight of customer migration schedules across applications, ensuring technology requirements and communication are produced
- Tracking progress and alignment to overall programme plan
- Collaborating with Migration Planning and Migration Execution to ensure parity across the migration process
- Running aspects of the programme that involve multiple senior internal and external sponsors within the Microsoft Partnership
- Leading the development of project artifacts, coordinated plans, resource and contingency plans, ensuring they are prioritised and detailed and that risk management processes are adopted
- Anticipating issues and delays, evaluating impacts against application/business requirements, complexity, cost, risk etc. whilst effectively assessing and resolving high-priority project risks
- Leading multiple workstreams and large project teams throughout the project lifecycle delivering results that meet the success parameters agreed in the business case
- Handle delivery quality and performance across the Partnership, ensuring services are introduced safely
- Managing the project budget request process and performs regular financial reviews, tracking and measuring financial performance and data against plan and validating financial forecasts

- Process improvement: Seeks new ways of working continuously to make processes run smoother and faster
- Relationship building: Interact well with others, quickly establishing rapport building positive relationships and networks
- Partner management: Build trusting relationships with internal and external partners to understand drivers and navigate to positive outcomes
- Third party management: Be a great partner with external third parties
- Project planning & delivery: Demonstrate the structure of planning, organising and leading resources and activities to achieve outcomes within a clearly defined timeframe and standards
- Flexible ways of working: Understand different approaches to project management (e.g. Agile, Waterfall etc.) and ensure flexibility to deliver
