Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell Indian religious travel packages such as Char Dham Yatra, Vaishno Devi, Shirdi, Tirupati, Rameswaram, Dwarka, Amritsar, and other pilgrimage circuits.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a passion for sales, and a strong understanding of Indian religious tourism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell domestic religious tour packages to individuals, families, and groups.

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about tour itineraries, pricing, and inclusions.

  • Coordinate with the operations team for booking, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with clients, travel agents, and Hotel management.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain records of sales and customer feedback for reporting and improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (B.A., B.Com., or related field preferred).

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in travel or sales (freshers with good communication may also apply).

Communication Skills:

  • Good verbal communication in Hindi and basic English.

  • Ability to explain travel details clearly and confidently to customers.

Sales Skills:

  • Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.

  • Persuasive, polite, and customer-service oriented.

Computer Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and internet browsing.

  • Familiarity with online booking portals is an advantage.

Personal Qualities:

  • Interest in Indian religious destinations and traditions.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Team player with good time management skills.

  • Comfortable working in a target-based environment.

  • Looking for a long-term career opportunity.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and performance).

  • Incentives: Attractive commission on achieving sales targets.
