Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Surendranagar. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue through new and existing channels. The role involves market analysis, developing sales strategies, managing client accounts, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align on customer needs and company goals. The position requires a proactive approach to networking, prospecting, and achieving sales targets.

  • Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Data Interpretation skills
  • Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
  • Strategic Planning and Goal-Setting capabilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and software
  • Ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the flavors, fragrances, or FMCG industry is preferred
