Our technology services client is seeking multiple
Salesforce Tech Lead
to join their team on a contract basis. These positions offer a strong potential for conversion to full-time employment upon completion of the initial contract period. Below are further details about the role:

Role: Salesforce Tech Lead

Experience: 8- 12 Years

Location: PAN India

Notice Period: Immediate- 15 Days

Mandatory Skills: LWC, Salesforce Apex, VisualForce, Aura, Integration .

Job Description:

  • 8 to 12 years of technical expertise on Salesforcecom using Forcecom Apex Visual Force JavaScript HTML5 CSS Ant and the use of these tools with Salesforcecom
  • At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce LWC Lightning Web Components
  • Handson experience with customization Apex Triggers Classes Visual Force
  • Strong with configuration customization programming with Apex APIs Apex Triggers Workflows with actions Approval Processes Reports Dashboards
  • Familiarity with Salesforcecom best practices support mechanisms procedures and limitations are required
  • Plans designs develops and maintains multiple complex salesforce implementations Responsible for relationship and quality of offshore programming efforts
  • Collaborate across multiple scrum teams Follow development testing and deployment practices that are leading edge on the Salesforce platform
  • Analyzes problems conducts root cause analysis helps in the resolution of problems using defined problem management procedure and helps in application support and maintenance of customer applications
  • Experience with at least full life cycle implementations on Salesforcecom with 500 user licenses
  • Ability to work independently on assignments
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Software development methodologies design and architectural patterns
  • Work closely with QA to review test plans and test cases and ensure the quality of deliverables from the team
  • Experience with MuleSoft is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to provide efficient timely reliable and courteous service to customers Ability to effectively present information
