About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced E-Commerce Manager who can independently handle end-to-end e-commerce operations across all major marketplaces. If you've spent years navigating Seller Central dashboards like a seasoned shopkeeper reading ledgers, this role is built for you.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Operations

  • Manage daily operations across all major e-commerce marketplaces: Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho , and others.
  • Handle product listings, catalog updates, pricing changes, inventory sync, and order processing.
  • Use tools such as Amazon Seller Flex, Flipkart panels,, and other OMS/WMS systems efficiently.

Listing & Catalog Management

  • Optimize listings with strong titles, keywords, descriptions, bullet points, A+ content, and images.
  • Ensure catalog accuracy, product authenticity, and error-free uploads across all portals.

Advertising & Marketing

  • Manage and optimize Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads campaigns.
  • Handle keyword research, budgeting, ACoS control, bid management, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, festive campaigns, coupons, and marketplace deals.

Inventory & Logistics Coordination

  • Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth dispatches.
  • Track packaging standards, courier performance, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain inventory sheets, reduce stockouts, and monitor warehouse flow.

Returns, Claims & Customer Issues

  • Monitor and report all returns, replacements, claims, and customer issues.
  • Work on reducing return rates by improving listings, quality checks, and packaging.
  • Resolve customer queries, return disputes, and account-related problems on marketplace dashboards.

Sales & Performance Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, return reports, ad reports, and performance summaries.
  • Track KPIs like sales growth, traffic, conversion rate, return percentage, delivery performance, and stock levels.
  • Provide clear insights and recommendations to management.

Compliance & Policy Management

  • Stay updated on all marketplace rules, penalties, policy changes, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure error-free operations and avoid listing suppressions, order defect rates, or SLA violations.

Growth & Strategy

  • Conduct regular competition analysis and price benchmarking.
  • Identify new opportunities, trending ideas, and profitable categories.
  • Work on scaling multiple marketplaces with consistent performance improvements.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of solid experience in e-commerce marketplace operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, JioMart, Ajio, Indiamart, etc.
  • Proven experience in Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, PPC optimization, and campaign management.
  • Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills — reports, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, analytics.
  • Deep understanding of logistics, warehousing, cataloging, packaging standards, and return management.
  • Great communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and manage large-volume operations.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing entire e-commerce workflows.
