Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient queries, appointment coordination, and providing excellent service to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient inquiries, appointments, and services
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve patient concerns promptly
  • Maintain and update patient records in the system
  • Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through professional communication
  • Follow healthcare compliance and data confidentiality guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Undergraduate (Any stream)
  • Prior experience in healthcare customer service is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems)
  • Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism
  • Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
