Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to support our financial planning, reporting, and decision-making processes. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, monitoring budgets, and supporting business operations with insights that drive efficiency and growth. The role will also include a small portion of administrative tasks to ensure smooth coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including entries in Tally.
  • Coordinate with vendors, accounts, service providers, etc.
  • Support the preparation of monthly reports, financial statements, and audits.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Monitor expenditure, variances, and financial trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable taxation, GST, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for budget tracking and cost control.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and performance.
  • Handle documentation and filing.
  • Assist in admin-related activities as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or accounting.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and GST,
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and Google Workspace.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization tools
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule

  • Timings:
    9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Day-shift timings may vary)
  • Working Days:
    6 days a week, post probation 5 days a week

Compensation

  • ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable for exceptional candidates)
