Job Title: Content & Market Analyst

Location: Indore

Role & responsibilities

As a Content & Market Analyst , youll be the voice of Swastika across all our digital and communication platforms from LinkedIn, website, and blogs to newsletters and media articles.

Youll work closely with research, marketing, and design teams to create impactful content that connects with investors, beginners, and finance enthusiasts alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, strategize, and create high-quality content for LinkedIn posts, blogs, website pages, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Research and write market-related stories covering equities, mutual funds, investments, and financial planning in a relatable way.
  • Build and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing and brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with design, social media, and research teams to create engaging, informative campaigns.
  • Maintain a consistent tone and brand voice across all communication.
  • Optimize content for SEO and engagement, and track performance using analytics tools.
  • Explore new content formats podcasts, infographics, short videos — to reach wider audiences.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external creators to ensure accuracy, inclusivity, and accessibility in all content.

Preferred candidate profile

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in content writing, journalism, or marketing communication, ideally within finance, fintech, or investment domains.
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills in English.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into clear, engaging narratives.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, digital analytics, and social media engagement.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across diverse teams.
  • Degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Finance, or Marketing (or proven equivalent experience).
