About the Position
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our USA Based medical practices and overseeing the end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process to ensure operational excellence and financial performance. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in medical billing, strong account management skills, and a commitment to building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned healthcare practices, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance metrics, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategies to optimize revenue.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to clients regarding billing performance, collections, and financial insights.
- Collaborate with internal operations and billing teams to resolve account issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with payer requirements, healthcare regulations, and HIPAA standards.
- Maintain a proactive approach to client relationship management, anticipating needs and addressing concerns effectively.
- Managing weekly/Monthly ZOOM and Google Meet calls with Clients as per their requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- In-depth knowledge of insurance guidelines, CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.
- Proficiency with practice management systems and EMR/EHR platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship management abilities.
- Excellent MS excel skills
Preferred Background
- Experience working with multi-specialty healthcare practices.
- Prior account management experience in a medical billing company.
- Exposure to US healthcare reimbursement process and payer regulations.
