Job Description

K.N. Elettro Industries Pvt. Ltd., a growing manufacturer of electrical and industrial products, is looking for a Junior Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator to support its sales operations. This is an inside sales role focused on handling enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and supporting distributors and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle enquiries received through website, email, WhatsApp, and phone
  • Follow up on leads and maintain enquiry records
  • Prepare quotations as per approved price lists
  • Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order status
  • Support distributors and customers with order-related queries
  • Maintain basic sales reports and documentation (Excel / CRM)

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate / Diploma holder
  • 1–3 years experience in inside sales or sales coordination (B2B preferred)
  • Good communication and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable with MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in English and Hindi with very good verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17, ₹20,000.00 per month
