Role: Product Manager (on-site, India)

About the Opportunity

We are hiring an on-site Product Manager to own product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for core features in a B2B SaaS testing platform. This role partners closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to define high-impact initiatives, drive discovery, and ship measurable outcomes for customers and internal stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Define and own the product roadmap for assigned modules; translate business goals into prioritized, outcome-focused initiatives.
  • Lead discovery and validation: run customer interviews, map user journeys, and convert insights into clear requirements and prototypes.
  • Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria; work with engineering to ensure timely delivery and high-quality releases.
  • Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests) and product analytics to measure feature impact and inform prioritization.
  • Coordinate cross-functional launches with support, sales, and marketing to ensure successful adoption and feedback loops.
  • Establish success metrics, monitor product health, and iterate on features to improve engagement and retention.

Must-Have (Qualifications)

  • 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or developer tools (test automation, CI/CD, observability preferred).
  • Proven track record of shipping features end-to-end and using data to drive decisions.
  • Comfortable working on-site in India and collaborating with engineering and GTM teams.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with test automation frameworks or QA workflows
  • Experience with analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)
  • Basic scripting or prototyping skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
