We are seeking a creative and user-centric UI/UX Designer with 45 years of professional experience, ideally in the EdTech space. You will play a key role in designing intuitive, engaging, and impactful learning experiences for our users—students, educators, and administrators. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that reflect an understanding of user needs and business goals
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user problems and design effective solutions
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs
  • Create visually appealing, accessible, and responsive UI components for web and mobile platforms
  • Maintain and contribute to a scalable design system
  • Analyze user data and behavior to optimize design decisions
  • Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies in the EdTech industry

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in EdTech or e-learning
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing
  • Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience working on gamified learning platforms, LMSs, or student-centric mobile apps
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for design handoff
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, GA) for behavior tracking
  • Experience working with international or multilingual design projects
