Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and proactive
Landscape Designer
to handle on-site inspections, client meetings, and design planning. This role involves understanding client requirements, preparing creative landscape designs, and coordinating with the operations team for execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site inspections to assess space, soil, sunlight, and other environmental factors.
  • Meet clients to understand requirements, preferences, and budget.
  • Prepare landscape design concepts, sketches, or CAD drawings.
  • Suggest suitable plants, materials, and design themes (modern, traditional, minimalistic, etc.).
  • Coordinate with gardeners, and planning.
  • Present design proposals and explain project scope, timelines, and budgets to clients.
  • Ensure smooth transition from design to execution by liaising with project teams.
  • Provide aftercare guidance for plant health and maintenance when required.
  • Stay updated with landscaping trends, materials, and plant varieties.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Landscape Design, Architecture, Horticulture, or related field.
  • Prior experience in landscape design, site inspection, or client handling preferred.
  • Strong creativity with knowledge of plants, garden layouts, and outdoor design principles.
  • Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in
    English, Kannada, and Hindi
    (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for greenery, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
