Landscape Architect

Location: Bangalore

Company: s+a collective (Part of Karai Infrastructure Engineering Company – KIEC)

s+a collective is looking for a talented Landscape Architect with a strong foundation in design and a passion for creating innovative, functional outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in landscape design, technical drawings, and project coordination.

Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in Architecture/Design (B.Arch / M.Arch) preferred but not compulsory
  • Experience: 1–4 years of proven experience in landscape design is a must
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office; other design tools are a plus
  • Specialized Knowledge:
  • Landscape design development and detailing (hardscape & softscape)
  • Indoor and outdoor planting design
  • 2D and 3D drawings and presentations
  • Working drawings and documentation
  • Client and vendor coordination
  • Domain Exposure: Experience in residential and hospitality projects (resorts, restaurants, pubs, farmhouses) preferred
  • Language: Proficiency in English is essential

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Development: Support and create landscape design concepts, drawings, and details.
  • Creative Inputs: Bring innovative design ideas with a focus on both aesthetics and functionality.
  • Project Documentation: Prepare presentations, working drawings, and planting details.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Site Support: Assist with on-site coordination to translate design into reality.
