We are looking for an experienced
Senior Sales Executive

with a background in
interior fit-out

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial furniture and interior design solutions, a proven track record in sales, and excellent client relationship management skills. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities, convert prospects into clients within the furniture and interior design sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, and commercial real estate professionals.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our furniture and interior design solutions to effectively communicate value and meet client needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets, expand our customer base, and maximize market share.
  • Conduct negotiations with clients, prepare proposals and contracts, and ensure successful deal closures.
  • Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure alignment on client needs, project timelines, and deliverables.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline status.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience in furniture, interiors, or a related industry.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
