This role is designed for a professional who understands the balance between strategy, execution, and experience delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1.Client Engagement


•⁠ ⁠Should be able to understand client discussions, requirements and translate them into actionable plans.


•⁠ ⁠Manage ongoing client communication professionally.


•⁠ ⁠Maintain long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

  1. Event Planning & Execution

  2. Lead complete planning, including venue selection, production design, logistics, staffing, and operational flow.

  3. Develop event timelines, workflows, execution checklists, and contingency plans.
  4. Ensure smooth on-ground execution with real-time decision-making and operational clarity.
  5. Coordinate with partners, agencies, vendors, and service providers to meet standards and timelines.

  6. Manage budgets and optimise resources without compromising delivery quality.

  7. Operational Governance & Risk Management

  8. Ensure compliance with regulations, safety requirements, and organisational SOPs.

  9. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for smooth execution.

  10. Maintain documentation, legal approvals, and operational protocols where required.

  11. Team Leadership

  12. Lead internal teams, vendor staff, and volunteers with clarity and structured delegation.

  13. Foster a culture of responsibility, discipline, and solution-focused working.

  14. Evaluate manpower needs and ensure role alignment for efficient execution.

  15. Reporting, Technology & Post-Event Reviews

  16. Use event/project management tools to track tasks, progress, and dependencies.

  17. Maintain performance dashboards, operational reports, and vendor evaluations.

  18. Lead post-event review and improvement discussions, documenting learnings and next steps.

  19. Vendor & Resource Management

  20. Build and maintain reliable vendor relationships across categories.

  21. Oversee inventory, rental equipment, and operational material movement.
  22. Ensure transparent billing, procurement oversight, and cost accountability.

Candidate Profile

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • •⁠ ⁠4–6 years of experience in event operations, corporate events.
  • Strong execution capability backed by structured planning and operational discipline.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to represent the organisation confidently.
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, clients, and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Education Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or related discipline (MBA preferred).
