Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next solutions.

  • Define scalable architecture for data ingestion, segmentation, and personalization workflows.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications aligned with Marketing Cloud Next capabilities.
  • Leverage modules such as Data Cloud, Flows, Personalization, Marketing Intelligence, and Content management .

Integrate MC Next with Health Cloud and Data Cloud to enable unified customer journeys.

  • Optimize data flows using Data Streams, Data Graphs, and real-time event triggers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CRM, data, analytics, and creative) to deliver on project goals.
  • Lead a team of developers and marketing automation specialists through the build and deployment lifecycle.
  • Establish best practices, governance, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients on marketing automation, personalization, and customer engagement strategy.
  • Conduct workshops and presentations to educate stakeholders on Marketing Cloud Next capabilities.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce roadmap and new features for Marketing Cloud Next and Data Cloud.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge-building initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years in digital marketing technology, with exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next and Data Cloud).
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Next.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and real-time data activation
  • Strong client-facing and communication abilities.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable marketing outcomes.
  • Certifications:
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or Admin
  • Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant (is a Plus)
