About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Manager - Legal to join our Legal & Compliance department. This role involves providing strategic legal advice, ensuring regulatory compliance, and safeguarding the organization's interests in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Provide strategic legal counsel to senior management and various business units.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
  • Manage litigation and liaise with external legal counsel as needed.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and advise on their impact on the organization.
  • Conduct legal risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee intellectual property (IP) matters, including trademarks and copyrights.
  • Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure organizational compliance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is required; Master's degree (LLM) is a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience in legal advisory, corporate law, and compliance management.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience in handling litigation and dispute resolution.
  • Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and applying legal principles to business operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities effectively.
