  • Clean, transform, and prepare data for accurate analysis and actionable Data Analysis and Interpretation :
  • Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, customer behaviour, and campaign performance.
  • Use analytics techniques to determine key engagement drivers, conversion rates, and digital KPIs.
  • Identify areas for marketing strategy improvements based on Reporting and Communication :
  • Develop clear and concise reports and dashboards to communicate findings.
  • Present data-driven insights that inform marketing strategies and Optimization and Strategy :
  • Leverage analytics data to refine targeting, enhance personalization, and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement data-backed strategies for digital success.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Data Analysis, Performance Tracking, and Optimization
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python)
  • Familiarity with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Knowledge of CRM & marketing automation platforms
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices
  • Programming skills (Python or R) are a plus
