
Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. This position requires a warm personality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, answering phones, handling inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access (e.g., visitor logbook, issuing visitor badges)
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Provide basic information about the organization to guests and callers
- Coordinate with other departments as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or related field is a plus
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Customer service orientation
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines)
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- Familiarity with scheduling software or customer management systems
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10, ₹13,000.00 per month
