Role & responsibilities

The candidate will play a key role in managing communication, coordination and day-to-day operational support to the senior management. Ensures the smooth execution of the assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle phone calls, emails, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage and organise the daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for related activities.
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Follow up on tasks and deadlines on behalf of the seniors and ensuring timely completion.
• Attend meetings (when required), take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive business and operational information.
• Coordinate withe internal & external partners.
• Support the seniors in administrative and operational matters as needed.
• Prior work experience in any reputed University/Medical college/Hospital is preferred.

Preferred candidate profile .

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar PA/EA/Coordinator/Office Management role,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
