JOB PURPOSE (GENERAL NATURE/ OVERVIEW):
A Quality Control Assistant uses chemistry/QC lab skills to test and measure materials, usually in a manufacturing or respective field. They analyze samples using scientific equipment, prepare study protocols, collect data, and identify and investigate abnormal test results Quality control assistant provides quality Systems leadership using the ISO 9001 Standard as the basis for process development and optimization, procedure development, data collection and reporting and Quality Systems training.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
All the GCMS analysis including Flavours, fragrances & other samples.

Reports generation of flavours and fragrances matching projects.

All the GCMS data record.

All the consumables’ records of GC & GCMS.

Troubleshooting of the GC & GCMS.

New method development in GC & GCMS.

Gases record of GC & GCMS and proper availability of gases for the GC & GCMS.

Approvals of the Flavours finished goods in ERP.

Analysis of All Raw Material and Finish Good on GC.

All Consumable solvent Stock.

Instrument Occupancy Logbook of both GC.

Sampling and testing of all Packing Material and their record.

Resampling of raw material and finish goods if required.

Stock of all glassware and its certificates.

Daily Calibration of weighing balance.

Daily Calibration of all physical instruments.

Physical analysis of raw materials and finished goods (like Fragrances, Flavours, Essential oils & Aroma Chemicals).

Keeping records of raw materials and finished goods

Keeping control sample of raw materials and finished goods.

Labeling on raw materials and finished goods (like Under testing, Approved, Rejected & Control sample).

Physical analysis data of raw materials and finished goods.

Operation of Spray Dryer Unit.

Keeping the Records of all trial batches of Spray Dryer.

Sampling of raw materials.

Operating the Stability Chamber.

Daily calibration of ph. meter.

Entry of finished good fragrances in the process ware.

Assist to Ruchi in maintaining the records of physical testing.

COMPETENCIES**:Product Quality, Quality Checks, Lab Equipment, Safety Standards, Data Entry, Ensure Compliance,
QUALIFICATION: Graduate/Postgraduate: Diploma, Engineering, Management in relevant stream or equivalent/preferable if have licenses or certifications: TS, DOT, QC/QA, PCI, ACI, USACE/NAVFAC/NRC, HACCP.

EXPERIENCE/ INGREDIENTS: Minimum 0-4 years’ experience, preferably in the Healthcare, Beverage’s, or Personal Care sector. Ensures compliance with and performs all company business in accordance with Government (cGMP, FDA, DEA, OSHA, Safety) and Company Policies, Procedures, Goals and Objectives,

**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
