Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Power System Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Lead Power System Engineer will be responsible for conducting power system studies, overseeing power generation, and managing electrical engineering tasks. Daily tasks include the design, analysis, and optimization of power systems, ensuring compliance with DNO & TSO functional requirements, and collaborating with a motivated team to deliver high-quality projects.

Qualifications

  • B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (EEE) or ME - Power System
  • Minimum Eight years of recent experience in Power System analysis
  • Proficiency in ETAP; working knowledge of PSCAD, EMTP, and Cymcap
  • Strong Technical documentation, reporting, and client-facing communication skills
  • Exposure to international projects and familiarity with multi-country grid codes is preferred
