JOB SUMMARY

We're looking for a Sr. Mechanical BIM Modeler with expertise in BIM modeling, coordination, and team leadership for Gulf region projects. Role involves managing multidisciplinary BIM activities, resolving design queries, and ensuring compliance with international codes. Requires strong collaboration with design teams and leading junior members for quality project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate BIM activities and resolve multidisciplinary clashes.

Analyze project documents and manage RFIs for design queries.

Update and maintain accurate BIM models as per project standards.

Collaborate with construction teams for effective system integration.

Lead, mentor, and manage junior team members and internal task allocation.

Ensure professional communication with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining alignment and timely delivery.

Apply international codes (ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NFPA, IPC) and support process improvements.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Expertise in BIM coordination and issue resolution (preferably for Gulf projects).

Proficient in mechanical system modeling and documentation (Revit/AutoCAD MEP).

Strong team management and project coordination skills.

Knowledge of international codes and mechanical standards.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Diploma / B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
