JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an Arch BIM Modeler with 2+ years of experience to deliver high-quality, data-rich BIM models for architectural projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and excellence in design coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and manage detailed architectural BIM models aligned with project requirements.

Participate in Internal coordination meetings and design reviews

Produce, review, and coordinate comprehensive construction documentation.

Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams for model coordination and clash detection.

Develop parametric families, annotations, schedules and taps

Conduct regular model audits, version control, and quality assurance checks.

Oversee and mentor junior team members in modelling standards and output quality.

Implement process improvements and maintain BIM library content.

Resolve complex modelling and coordination challenges, including Scan-to-BIM and as-built modelling.

Maintain level of development (LOD) as per project phase.

TECHNICAL / MUST-HAVE SKILLS

Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and SketchUp.

Experience with scan-to-BIM, point cloud conversion, and as-built models.

Strong visualization and rendering skills using VRay, Photoshop, and Lumion.

Thorough understanding of architectural detailing, documentation, and ISO 19650 workflows and architectural standards.

Excellent communication, interdisciplinary coordination, and team collaboration skills.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil
