We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients through face-to-face interactions. This role involves extensive travel within assigned territories and requires excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities in the field.
  • Visit clients on-site to present products/services and close sales.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and territory analyses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.
