Experience Required: Fresh MBA Graduates (Marketing Specialization) to 1 year experience

Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and ambitious Sales and Marketing Trainees with an MBA in Marketing to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in B2B sales and marketing for our own sports product IM10 ).

You will be responsible for promoting IM10 to targeted institutions, creating and executing marketing strategies, driving sales, and building strong client relationships. This being a Sales and Marketing role, travel is involved to meet potential clients and partners in person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote IM10 to schools, colleges, sports institutes, academies, and corporate organizations.
  • Assist in developing and executing B2B sales and marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Participate in product training sessions to gain in-depth knowledge of IM10s features and benefits.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the product's value.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative promotional ideas.
  • Maintain a database of prospective clients and track engagement.
  • Gather feedback from clients to support continuous product improvement.
  • Travel to different locations for client meetings, product demos, and promotional activities.

Requirements

  • MBA in Marketing from a recognized institute (Freshers welcome).
  • Strong interest in B2B sales, marketing, and brand promotion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, and planning.
  • Willingness to travel as part of the role.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Actively playing a sport or having in-depth knowledge of any sport.
  • Passion for the sports industry and enthusiasm for sports-related products.
