Job Overview

We need a
Content Manager

to lead our content strategy, create engaging materials, and ensure our messaging aligns with 's brand. The ideal candidate has experience in content marketing, storytelling, and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a
    content strategy

across multiple platforms (blog, website, email, social media, etc.).
- Manage the
content calendar

- Research and create compelling content, including blogs, guides, case studies, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and conversion to increase traffic and audience retention.

- Analyze content performance and adjust strategies based on
KPIs, trends, and audience insights

- Oversee and manage a team of

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience

in content marketing, content management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of
SEO, digital marketing, and audience engagement strategies

- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing content calendars, using CMS platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Ability to translate complex topics into engaging, accessible content.
- Experience in AI, job search, HR tech, or career coaching industries is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to
handle multiple content streams and deadlines

- Knowledge of
social media trends and best practices

- Experience
