  16. Prepare and maintain employee files and reports for audits or reviews.

Administrative Management:

  1. Office Management:

  2. Oversee housekeeping, grocery inventory, and office stationery stock.

  3. Ensure smooth daily office operations, including facility management and vendor coordination.

  4. Event Planning & Management:

  5. Organize festival decorations and office celebrations.

  6. Plan and manage expos, projects, and new company initiatives.

  7. Meetings & Coordination:

  8. Schedule and conduct monthly meetings with department heads.

  9. Follow up on action items and ensure interdepartmental coordination.

  10. Social Media & External Communication:

  11. Manage the companys social media accounts, ensuring professional representation.

  12. Collaborate with the sales team to support marketing strategies and project execution.
