About Position:We are looking for a Business Analyst who has experience in Salesforce and Health Cloud. Experience should be between 8 to 12 years for Chennai Location.Role: Business AnalystLocation: ChennaiExperience: 8 – 12 years

Job Type: Full Time EmploymentWhat You'll Do:Excellent knowledge and hands-on on Health Cloud SF platform.Should have in depth knowledge of loan processing and deviation policies etc. Excellent communication skills. Is able to convert BRD to functional requirements. Bridge gap between business and technical teams

Should be willing to learn Salesforce configurations

Should be able to do Salesforce configurations and drive demos to customers Bridge gap between business and technical teams. Should be willing to travel. Expertise

You'll Bring:6 to 12 years of IT and BA experience Excellent knowledge on Health Care and Payor ecosystem knowledge. In depth knowledge around care co-ordination and health care systems. Good knowledge around health cloud or Salesforce service cloud + call center.

Excellent communication skills - written and verbal. Able to discuss with business stakeholders and come up with business and functional requirements. Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package
