Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute inventory replenishment plans.

Oversee the timely replenishment of merchandise on store shelves, distribution centers, or other points of sale.

Work closely to manage order schedules, quantities, and delivery timelines.

Coordinate the processing of purchase orders, ensuring accurate quantities, product specifications, and delivery details.

Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics to identify trends and make informed decisions.

Work collaboratively with various teams such as sales, logistics, and marketing to align replenishment efforts with overall business objectives.

Monitor product quality and collaborate to address quality issues in the replenishment process.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in the replenishment workflow.

Conduct regular audits and assessments of inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and identifying potential discrepancies.

Keep accurate records of replenishment activities, order details, and relevant documentation.

Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, analyze trends, and make informed decisions.

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and deadlines.

Clear and effective communication

Thoroughness in monitoring inventory levels, order details, and data accuracy.

Ability to identify issues in the replenishment process and implement effective solutions.

Understanding of supply chain principles and logistics to streamline replenishment operations.

Familiarity with inventory management software, forecasting tools, and other relevant technologies.

Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer preferences, and business requirements.

Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet replenishment deadlines.
