Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle installation, commissioning, and maintenance of manufacturing machinery.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and resolve technical issues at client sites.
  • Perform routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and ensure machine performance.
  • Provide post-installation support and training to customers on machine usage.
  • Maintain accurate service reports, feedback, and customer documentation.
  • Coordinate with the production and design team for technical improvements.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Follow safety standards and company policies during on-site and in-house servicing.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Service Engineer in a manufacturing/industrial machinery domain.
  • Strong knowledge of machine installation, servicing, and troubleshooting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for customer handling.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations for service requirements.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
